Privacy PolicyLast updated: March 2023

The following document outlines our Privacy Policy which governs all the services provided by Financica. It is a part of the Terms of Service, which you are required to read and agree to. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and in our sole discretion. Questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be directed to privacy@financica.app.

Visitors

Like most website operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use the website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like IP addresses. We do not use such information to identify visitors, however, and do not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that we use and disclose personally-identifying information, as described below. We may also collect and use IP addresses for security reasons, fraud prevention, and to block users who violated our Terms of Service.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors and users may choose to interact with Financica in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. We collect such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with the website. We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described in this Privacy Policy. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Service-related activities.

Business Transfers

If Financica, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that it goes out of business, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Financica may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Third Party Vendors and Partners

We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. You understand that although you retain full rights to your data, it may be stored on third party storage and transmitted through third party networks.
